Protect and Expand the Current Sealing and Expungement Statutes
Contact your local Florida Representative and ask them to amend the sealing
statute (section 943.059, Florida Statutes) to
allow more people to have the ability to remove their arrest records from public
access so
that past mistakes do not prevent people from becoming a productive
member of our society.
