If you just received your Habitual Traffic Offender notice in the mail do not delay - Call our Office today for a free consultation regarding your options           (407) 841-5555 <<<<
Did you pay a ticket, usually the driving while license suspended without knowledge ticket, only to find out about the consequences (a 5-year suspension) with a letter from the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles?  This suspension carries with it a one year minimum hardship period - meaning you cannot drive anything for at least a year followed by four years of a restricted license.

There may still be a chance to save your license from suspension if you have received the DMV letter noticing you that your license is about to be suspended for FIVE years.

We will try to save your license from the Habitual Traffic Offender statute by all means possible in the law and the rules.  Familiarity of the law, rules and the courts is necessary to have the best chance to accomplish this objective - and the quick reaction on your part by not delaying.  Delay means death to the hope of keeping your license.  You only have 60 days from the time you paid your ticket for an excellent chance of saving your license.  After sixty days your chances start to diminish drastically.

If you find yourself in the situation where you are about to lose your license for 5 years, do the following:

1. Reinstate your license immediately if the 5-year suspension has not yet started.  This will mean paying all unpaid tickets and late fees if any.  (Warning: If you have more than 5 outstanding tickets - call us first.)  Once paid reinstate your license on the same day if possible - the sooner the better.

2. Keep all receipts of paid tickets.

3. Call us for a free consultation.  If hired we will want a copy of the DMV notice of suspension letter and copies of all receipts and a legible copy of your reinstated driver license.

Call us immediately if you find yourself in this situation.  We may be able to help.
