Please read carefully: The below listed offenses cannot be sealed if you have been

committing it. To have been found guilty you would have had to enter a
plea of guilty or no contest, or had been found guilty by a jury
after a trial. These offenses are prohibited even if adjudication of guilt
was withheld. (Important: If you were arrested but your case was
dismissed or otherwise dropped then you may still be eligible for an expungement
of the below listed offenses.). Red lettering indicates new prohibited
offense.

NOTE: If you pled guilty or no contest to any DUI - it
cannot be sealed or expunged because Florida Law requires that a DUI be
"adjudicated guilty." If it was reduced to anything other than DUI you
should find out if the resulting charge (e.g., reckless driving) resulted in
an adjudication of guilt.
WAIT: If you were arrested for an above listed offense but
your case was ultimately dismissed or dropped then you may qualify to expunge that arrest!
