He is a veteran of the United States Army and a former prosecutor. juvenile offenses as far back as five years.  Additionally, some juvenile records have inadvertently become public records allowing future employers access to the child's past misconduct.  This may have a crippling effect on the child's future.  Juvenile cases are very "speedy" by law.  Don't let that child enter the unknown without counsel - his or her future is on the line.

Competent counsel should understand all the alternatives to prosecution that a juvenile is afforded and the abilities to keep a juvenile's record clean for his or her future as an adult.

Parents should hire an attorney that practices a high percentage of criminal law.  Court rules and procedure are different with juvenile cases but the statutory law is the same.    Punishments and alternatives to prosecutions are also different.
